D.T. Nguyen, Chairman of the Board
D.T. Nguyen has a long and distinguished career as an entrepreneur in RCM industry. He previously served as the President of the RCM division of publicly traded MedAssets, a role he assumed after their acquisition of XactiMed, which he founded in 1998. Nguyen served as Chairman, President and CEO while at XactiMed. Prior to founding XactiMed, he served as the President of IPN Network, a healthcare industry outsourcing company that pioneered both a total management offering for hospitals (including registration, medical records, billing, cashiering, contract compliance and collections), and an integrated back-office operation that included office-based and hospital-based physicians. From 1994 to 1997, Nguyen was the SVP of Strategic Planning and Business Development for FoxMeyer. Prior to joining FoxMeyer he founded and served as CEO of U.S. HealthData Interchange, a physicians practice management systems and clearinghouse developer.
Frank Bazos, Partner, Century Capital Partners
Frank Bazos has more than 20 years of private equity experience, primarily in the financial and healthcare services sectors. After eight years with TA Associates and ABN-AMRO Private Equity, he became a Managing Director at Century Capital Partners in 1998 and then rejoined the firm in 2006 after two years with North Atlantic Capital. Bazos serves or has served on the board of several other Century investments, including Jones DesLauriers Group of Companies, Inc; Catalina Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd.; Asset Allocation and Management Company, LLC; and Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc.
Richard H. Booth, Vice Chairman, Guy Carpenter
Richard Booth is a senior advisor to financial services companies including Century Capital Management LLC, WorldBusiness Capital, Inc. Priority Care Solutions, LLC and Cyence, Inc. He is a director of the Hanover Insurance Group and Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From July 2009 through February 2014, Booth was Vice Chairman of Guy Carpenter, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh and McLennan Companies, Inc. He previously, held senior positions with several large companies in the insurance and financial services industry. Booth is a CPA, CLU and ChFC and is a member of numerous professional organizations. He is a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow.
Richard E. DeLater, Founder, DeLater & Company
Richard DeLater founded DeLater & Company in 1994. He served as a Principal in Charge of DeLater & Company, directing real estate development, asset management and various investment and brokerage services. DeLater has overseen capital investment into several private and public companies, including acquisition in 1998 of the Florida assets of Danis Properties Company, Inc. that formerly managed $125 million in property assets. He has been the Vice Chairman of HC Innovations, Inc. and a member of the Board of Kramer Healthcare Technologies.
Christopher Lalonde, Partner, Century Capital Partners
Christopher Lalonde has more than 15 years experience in various financial operating roles and private equity investing. Prior to joining Century Capital Partners in 2002, He was an Analyst with Lucent Venture Partners and a graduate of Lucent Technologies’ Financial Leadership Development Program where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and held various other corporate finance positions both domestically and internationally. Lalonde currently sits on the Board of Directors of Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc. and Digital Risk, LLC. and had previously served as a Board Member of Thompson Insurance Enterprises, LLC prior to its sale in 2012.
Sheila Schweitzer, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Sheila Schweitzer is founder and CEO of PatientMatters, a company focused on assisting healthcare in the management of the patient’s obligation. Prior to PatientMatters, she was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Caremedic. Under her leadership, Caremedic achieved a lead position in the HCIT revenue cycle market and successfully brought to market the first enterprise class revenue management system, the electronic Financial Record (eFR).
