LaTonia is the Director of Uninsured Patients in PatientMatters Contact Center Operations and brings more than 30 years of experience and a commitment to excellence in strategic and functional planning, performance metrics, and customer service. She has been with PatientMatters and its predecessor, The MASH Program, since 1998.
Her career at PatientMatters spans working with clients in financial and patient services, quality management, and operations analysis. She was previously employed with American National Insurance Company and Hilton Industries.
LaTonia has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
