Cynthia has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare operations. In 2003, she joined The MASH Program, which was later acquired by PatientMatters. As Director of Advocacy Services, she brings her expertise in maximizing performance within the team she leads. She specializes in exceeding revenue targets through team building, revenue cycle process re-design, and implementation of best business practices and processes.
Cynthia’s prior experience included working at Kaiser Permanente’s Membership Accounting Service Center, for which she was part of the “startup team” at the Kaiser Consolidated Service Center. Previously, she was Business Office Director at the Fort Worth Hand Rehabilitation Center, and Director of the Home Health Agency at All Saints Healthcare – now a part of Baylor Scott & White Health.
Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM).
