Crystal Morley is a strategic healthcare marketing executive with over a decade of experience leading corporate marketing communications for multimillion-dollar companies including Emdeon, Peak Health Solutions, Prime Healthcare Marketing and MedSolutions. She specializes in the conceptualization and orchestration of communication strategies that reinforce and build brand images. In her role as the Executive Director of Marketing, she is responsible for providing leadership and developing the overall strategy for all marketing activities, best practices, methodologies and operational execution for PatientMatters.
Prior to joining the organization, Crystal worked in senior roles in healthcare IT, running corporate marketing departments with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management services. She is a respected organizational leader of strategic growth campaigns, crisis communications, media buys and market data collection. Additionally, through her roles, she has provided direction on company, customer and competitor analysis, product and vertical launches, and market projections.
Crystal holds a Masters of Business Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
